start journaling about what work needs to be done and put tick marks on the list after the stuff is done. completing small tasks creates large satisfaction and motivates you to do more!! Good Luck bud!!
the same way u eat every day necessity or u die it's different thing that u can't eat the same food everyday but if it's something u enjoy u will eat it more often maybe enjoy ur work too? if u don't maybe it's not something u want to do
if u stop doing things after 2 -3 days... if means u need to follow a routine... make a routine and then fix the slot - just know u have to do it irrespective of how u r feeling - within a few months ull not see it as burden or bore,it will become a part of ur habit then also use @recovering babes method.
try to do something which you love doing dear , this way you'll be able to enjoy yourself
