How I get back my confidence to speak on stage? I have social anxiety. how can I remove it from my heart mind. when I have speak on stage my heart beat fast, mind almost block, hands shake plz tell mi how can overcome it

more practice..... do it in front of mirror then in front of family members and then in front of your friends..... it help me a lot
