The best way I found helps is going to see your doctor, they will help you through it and let you know everything is going to be okay, plus you might get put on meds that will help a lot. Also I would recommend you go see a therapist to get deeper into why you are feeling this way. I don’t think I would have be able to do it alone.

you can never really know how to handle anxiety I personally have anxiety all the time and I have never learnt how to handle it but talking to someone about it can help you can easily identify your triggers from there
