how to deal with typical low self esteem ?

how can I get over my chronic low self-esteem, caused by my father's low and frustrating and degrading parenting style, were he always talk to me or make me feel useless and less of myself expecially in puplic space. thanks for your anticipated advice and solutions.

I've been surrounded by people who always criticize my every movement. And I always want to prove them wrong, it's hard to build some confindence but when you are there it feels good to prove them wrong. You just need to believe in yourself just like how u support someone, I know that what your father saying isn't true. You're the best, always remember that.

look what others say is their own issues to be solved , u r special and noone can tell u otherwise . And dont put your respect and self value in the places where toxic is but stay away from such people and choose better ones who love u
