Dont try to explain if they don't understands you but firstly you should take care of your mental health and go to therapist without telling them and then after some time you can ask doctor to give understanding about mental health and depression to your parents they will definitely help you and your parents will understand later. first you have to tell your parents if they dont understand you must take the steps which are going to be best for you to be out of this depression. but i am just 17 yreas old

and i can't get medical help myself
