you need clarity. what is more important to you? a silly argument or your career?
I know....but it's sort of bugging me. sometimes I can focus but then suddenly it all comes back like a panic attack or something
You need to set your priorities straight. Try to stay focused for a few more hours
okay.. there's this thing called compartmentalizing. you know how we keep things in different drawers of a closet? same way you can keep different stuff in different parts of your right. Right now you keep the argument behind in some shut drawer and open the drawer to your exam because you know it's needed to be done. just for a few. time.

arguments will keep on happening even after your exams but your exams won't keep on happening. hopefully your partner understands that😊. just stay calm cuz he/she is not going anywhere. try to normalize smaller fights and move on faster, in the end everything will work out. Hope you do well in ur exams☺
