you can accept those memories and think for a while and let it pass eventually you'll unconsciously forget about it as time passes
You can't forget someone and the memories. But of course it will take time to move on. Right now don't burden yourself and but just calm down. If you want to cry, just cry. Don't hide you emotions inside. Share how you feel close ones. But just don't go back again to the past. Right now what you can do is meet new people, catch up with you good friends, spend time with family, read book and watch movies series.
I'm going through same situation right now. So I could understand you. I am feeling fine.. but still my subconscious don't accept it. We need a new perspective in life that will make changes in ourselves.
ik relate to this it hurts a lot, but just focus on urself and doo something cheerful. And only think that destiny will take you where it wants you to be. belive in destiny
