How to get over and start fresh

Question

We've been together for over 6 years. We have lots of good times. All of sudden,  he said he can't handle me anymore while all I do is being there supporting him in his career & let him have his own personal times. I'm feeling miserable now. I don't what I did wrong? And now as we broke up,  I still missed him everyday and feel like dying all the time. What should I do to have my life back?

Keep yourself busy. Find a hobby if you don't really have one, or if you do, invest time in doing things you like. It'll help you focus on your happiness more, and can also prevent negative thoughts/memories.

I'm trying my best, funny thing is I'm pretty busy with work. So, now I'm bursting out while driving between places. :(

It's actually good that you're busy, but if you can, maybe on holidays, or whenever you get at least some time. And as for mental relief, you can always vent out here :)

Also, to have your life back, know that you were never at fault. This is just a phase. Life has its ups and downs, and hardships, but what's important is how you react to it. Once you realise your worth, you won't feel like dying, and won't miss him. I suggest you, look into the mirror daily, and smile as wide as you can, to see how prettier you look when you smile, and also, speak out positive affirmations to yourself, aloud. I repeat, once you truly realise your worth, you won't feel suicidal.
