don't you worry ....if you like him or have feelings for him it's okay ...it's human nature don't force to stop anything....until you are okay with it and it's not affecting your personal life ,studies etc. having a crush is not bad unless it's affecting you in negetive way....and if it does ,then try to see the negative sides of him...as you are in love so your brain will trick you to see only good side of him ....try to see the negative sides of him.....if it's just a normal crush I'm sure you will get over him after few months or years....don't worry..

if you can confess to him just confess ,don't bring hopes to your mind it will break you only

as u said it's just a year it might work and u can uncrush him...but I'll say people with long period of time can't uncrush

well I'm telling this because this worked for me and I had a crush ....and it was for really long period of time....but i didn't wanted to be in a relationship ...so I tried to figure out not only the positive but also the negative...cause i wanted to know if im really okay with this person....but every time I found out something about the person my feelings fades away over time.... example( 1)the person used to brag about exam scores which I hate(2) laugh at others poor scores (3)always talk nonsense about others without knowing main reason ......i really Hate this type of person...

well @zestyhawk40 fortunately i had crush for almost 3years but i was able to uncrush.....it's was really hard...i m really happy i did...cause i would have regret it ....😬

i hope i can uncrush him soon. even if it's just a year of liking him, i have witnessed his good sides thus contributing to liking him more. i have also heard negative sides of him but i ended up seeing them as fine and accepting them eventually. but then i have many reasons why i should stop liking him. it's just that i have been confused lately. i had been avoiding him but he kept on initiating conversation with me first but if i try to initiate one with him first, he doesnt seem to be interested to talk. maybe i just had my hopes high.
