Hurt because of ex boyfriend’s comments

I was happy before few hours again i am sad Reason for my sadness is my ex boyfrnd said i have no class level nd characterless also lied everything to me so i am hurt just by the words 😭 i am not able to forget these words also i cannot say these words back because i am jesus believer and in meeting it is said never curse anyone nd say bad thing in return

You know about yourself more than anyone , sometimes ppl around us say bad things about us only to show that their were good , like that your ex saying bad about you to show himself good , you don't worry about this you just move on
