hey i guess u need to wake up early in the mirning, do some yoga and breathing exercises.....ifthis does not work u can take a break

I did that but I am still feeling anxiety and afraid to go for work.

then i think you need a break buddy...u must take lwave from your work atleast for a few days...if that is ok for you
