remember the happy things that u have in your life sadness is not always with u u can get better
Nothing seems to work out for me now. I am sad. I have isolated myself. I feel like I hurt everyone around me. I feel like I have no body around me. my boyfriend constantly keeps on blaming me. I am failing at school. I am mad at myself for not doing good. I have no friends because i dont trust anyone.
First have a little trust in yourself. think of all the happy things in life. And then you'll see that there's so many things that worked out really well that you never noticed that even happened to you. Eventually I hope you understand that you are not alone and everything had worked just the way you wanted even without you noticing.
