In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Stress

I am tired of talking nicely to people being rude to me. I feel so bad crying in a corner at night and acting like nothing happened next morning I keep feel bad and crying just becoz i don't feel good having a fight. what should I do? i really need a solution

I was an extrovert an over excited kid who finds everything so colourful and amazing I use to be happy around ppl n things they do for me but now I don't wanna talk to anyone I don't want anyone around I feel irritated around ppl I be alone I turned introvert

I lost my very much trusted friendship I had 7/8 yrs of bond with when I found out they were backstabbing me I have a crazy neighbor girl who idk has what issue she keeps on provoking fights with me n spread rumors I had a crush who liked me back but slept with my best friend and his best friend tried to force me to sleep with him
