i started it with different idea, to make a Brand. but since last gour years i am not doing well

i am a frequent traveler, but since covid i couldn't do the same. as my business is a one man show now.

sure, but i feel some core issues, like i have stock orders and staff but me myself delaying everything because of some unknown reasons. making stress my self, taking too much time to complete a simple thing, getting confused and there is no concentration i am getting. you know the importance of collective thinking to do a work nd find a solution

@ummm still i have to do all the small clerical kind of things, lack of organizational structure, that may be the reason i am getting fed up

they will make ur work easier

and u have to only handle the main studio

for that i have to raise a reserve fund myself. but a good suggestion, let me see it

no just pay him on wages or a monthly salary

take a noob guy so he will learn and + u cn pay him less due to lack of experience and u can get ur work done

ok so in this case also I would tell you get a person who is (noob) a guy who is new to the work as for 1.he will listen to u more 2.u need to pay him less 3. he will be indulge in learning new things without wasting time 4.you can assigne him task that u aren't free to do and he will complete it 5. ull be able to manage him as well as give ur self some time

and if u get a person with 1 or 2 years of experience that's good fr u he can also make a lot of things better fr u so try getting a guy

@ummm yes i thinking of dat, many things i have to consider nd it is hard to find a sincere one. i appointed two before nd get disappointed in fact. task is not a easy one, when you are with limited fund and time.

ok i understand you but i also know that u can do it I know it's difficult to find a good one but it's definitely nt impossible r8 I know u can get one keep trying and u can contact ur relations or friends who know anyone who is good one and they know him

side by side, there is a film project is goin on, my debut project. all is saying stop this business and give full concentration on your film, find a producer first and start the project. even now i am giving my fill to that, i have completed entire script work and i have built a full team for the project. even attending every meeting with producers trying contact them moreover if stoped this business fully where do i get money for survive? yes this business need my attention, that does not mean that i have to putt my total time here.
