It's 2:48 am right now and my brain is filled with worries and negative thoughts. Recently the same has been happening everyday. I just keep thinking about how I'm going to tackle my future and it doesn't let me sleep. On top of that I've to keep my phone next to me to wake up in the morning so I get distracted by it and start watching videos on YouTube or stalking people on Instagram. I just want to go to sleep peacefully.
