I can't spend time

u know, I'm trying to keep living a cyclical life. some days are productive, some are not. but I feel this pressure during 'rest days'. I can't spend time in my bed if I know I can do something instead. and my head.. it's like a bomb that is gonna explode

moonmin05 I meant ma main trouble is that I can't lemme having a rest. no matter how long I have been working or studying before, it's still noise in ma head that says to me: 'u are to lazy and bad. u can't have a rest'

see sometimes PPL don't want to have rest their mind just don't want to rest it doesn't mean ur bad if u want to stay still for sometimes and struggling is not an option u need to figure it out... it's not necessary to always work or study sometimes our brain need some kind of relaxation which will help it calm down and be more active

it's almost the same with statement of living cycle life. just trying figure out why I can't lemme having these rest days. maybe I just wanna control everything that is around me, starting with my body and ending with the process of having a rest. anyways, can u recommend me anything, moonmin05?
