I cheated on my girlfriend

Due to lockdown I hadn't seen my girlfriend for almost 4 months and things were starting to get difficult with us because of lack of communication. This weekend my employers arranged a gathering for it's employees and I ended up cheating on my girlfriend with one of my colleagues. It didn't mean anything at all but not the damage is done. I don't know how to tell her, I don't want to break up. I feel like I've ruined everything.

Different people have different stances on cheating so whether you breakup or not depends on your girlfriend's perspective. The important part I that she finds out about it from you and not anybody else, atleast you'll come out if the situation as honest.

You must be feeling guilty right now but you have to tell her the truth ASAP. If you love her then atleast don't fool her. If you can't stay loyal to her then maybe this relationship isn't meant to be.

see ..first of all overcome your mistake ..all your love and attention to your love. then tell her everything she will understand . and she will take her step. because she would be knowing this somewhere and this gonna effect her mental health very much.
