I face Panic Attack everyday 😭 I fear about heart attack and death my mind always push me to think about my Heart and my mind said you died with the Heart attack. when panic Attack I feel fast heartbeat, high blood pressure, sweating, shirling, worried and think this is my last time on the world. please help me how I remove this panic disorder from my life. I feel fear any place I don't go outside because my mind say if you go outside you face Panic Attack 🥺 I have to much wishes before but now I have no wish I only face this and think about it always 😭 I don't concentrate on my Study. what can I do?
