I cannot sit in a room with another person even if they are my family members. I think a lot before doing anything or talking to anyone. I also observe my previous conversations a lot and talk to myself to calm my anxiety down but it wastes a lot of time and I can't make time for my hobbies. I feel the most anxious around my mom and every conversations I have wherther pointed at her or not make me anxious.
