so I don't understand what's going on I can't sleep till late nights nowdays and I wake up early but even I feel sleepy I just can't sleep again one's I wake up I can't go back to sleep. and nowadays I feel irritated I mean it might not make sense but when someone is talking I feel irritated a lot my body reacts on her own like I pull my hairs clench my heart heat my head and close my fits tightly I don't know if it's really anxiety but I am sure it's getting slowly worse there is just no way I can talk about this to anyone . I just want to control my self when I get anxious like this . what should I do?
