and when i start focusing on my career and think what happened in my past... immediately i feel that pain all the symptoms

but 24×7 someone is available for me it's not possible....and right now my all friends left me they think that if something wrong happened with me then my parents blame them

see what i did i consulted a psychiatrist and she gave me medicine and i eat for about 15 days and i thrown..i started working on myself. I connect with nature do meditation..eat healthy food and start facing my fears gradually my all symptoms decreasing...and i feel good i feel normal

and right now i don't have symptoms and whenever I'm alone my body is contracted and have sometimes mental pain and chest heaviness
