I feel lost at night. I have trouble sleeping and then the thoughts come into my head, kind of paralysing me. I have these thoughts that my life is going meaningless. What am I even doing? I look at my girlfriend sleeping. I scroll through my phone to look up at friends online but I don't know what to tell them. How even to start telling what is it I'm feeling?
