I can understand. Its kind normal if you're feeling like this. First eat well & balanced diet & do some physical activity. Second is try to understand your emotions. Try to note down your emotions & do research on this, try to understand yourself become your best friend. Your past could be bitter but future is in your hands & its your responsibility to make it like your past or like the sweetest pie ever. Yes obstacles & difficulties will come to hinder you way but be strong mentally & take control & care of yourself.
