I got cancer

Question

I got pancreatic cancer and it was diagnosed by tests today. though it’s early stage but I have the fear of whether my life wil be the same after surgery. Also, they are saying there is a lymph node in my diaphragm which couldn’t be detected and if cancerous then they will stop my surgery and will move me to chemo. I am just scared and I don’t know if there is any other option for me, I am scared

My dad had whipple surgery it and he survived. The surgery is safe though requires a lot of post care after that in terms of diet and follow ups and there hasn’t been any relapse till now. It’s been 2 years. I hope he has suggested the same procedure. He did it in apollo
