I have anger issues.

Question

I have anger issues..Either it's unnecessary or caused due to my surroundings. And I actually know that I take it too far in my head and feel it intensely. I feel like I can go insane.. like there is some issue in my head and I need to get under surgery to fix it. I don't know but I can't control sometimes. Currently, I am doing good because I am not dead yet and nobody around me has died.

Really? why do I think I get angry? Well I get aggressive.. I break things and hit myself. What else can make me think I have anger issues?

It increases when things don't go the way it's supposed to go. Specially when someone else raises their voice at me. I lose it mostly Here.

@chimay yes. I have the trembling issues ..  I cry and tremble. It take a lot of me to suffer. I try to control. After I have no energy left. I stop. Whatsoever, it feels like I gave up in that time. Right now, too much is at stake
