I have panic disorder. its really had for me I used to take sleeping pill bt these days I am trying not to take it. I wake uo in middle of the night nd sometime I have heart palpitation. i feeling like I will be unavle to breather, will jist die like this, I will have heart attack. Its really hard, many people told me to make my heart string nd not to takr worry bt its not possible cause my disease is like that I get anxious and fear every time tht I will die soon or something bad will happen. Bt infact I have done every test in my body and everything is okay. I just worry if I will be able to live out of this fear in my life
