have fear about people. panic during talking g with public...even with my friends also.. anxiety... always thinking go to bed rest with mobile..
how to over Com all these anxiety ... fear overthink.. depression...

I m at 33 I feel guilty because we have to lead my family.. but due a big above negatively thought n fear. low confidence.. I can't do routine..I feel always uncomfortable

I am also same like you. I overthink about random things and get anxious. I am trying to learn new skills to keep my mind away from overthinking. You should too try to look for an interest and try to change the direction. Everyone feels like they are being judged, so try to adjust yourself. Be open and face your fear. You can do it. 👍
