I'm addicted to my phone
In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

I'm completely obsessed with my phone at this point. I tracked my habits for a few days and found out that I start feeling restless after not using my phone for even 10 mins. This is hampering my productivity, I've so many work commitments that I'm not fulfilling but just watching meaningless videos on YouTube. I tried to not use my phone for 2 hours yesterday but it made me very anxious, what should I do?
