I'm exhausted..

Question

I've got 3 anxiety attacks in past 4 hours.. I can't stop crying, PTSD hitting me rn. My school is from 8:30 to 8:30, enough to make me more exhausted.. I don't think my mom will allow me to skip school tomorrow! I'm really going through a lot rn.. I really need a break!

see ....try to calm down .  listen song ...or u can do meditation ..try it ... either guided meditation from YouTube ....may after that u will be little normal to think and take decision .....if u re not able to remain calm or control attacks ...go to ur mom ..and talk anything ....not essentially about attacks ..but anything ...that will help u .......or just do anything ...try to interact with person u are comfortable with ......I know it's easy to stop crying when u re not okay ..but try to  be calm as much as possible ...and if u are okay to go school ....try to convince ur mom for one day ...
