Get. out of bed and take a walk...no need to do it in morning anytime take a walk, observe the beauty of nature, the birds the beauty...Life is more than our mental conflicts, u need breather fresh air...feeling numb is not always bad...u can isolate from people but don't isolate from life itself...if u start figuring the world...u won't have time to be alone...and this figuring can happen without another human...Also this is an emotion...my love...this..u expressing ur pain here...U will heal...we are all the same..

I felt like this earlier this morning and also progressing into the day but I just tried doing things that remind me of being happy like meditating, listening to music or talking to someone who makes me smile.
