I'm having suicidal ideation

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Anxiety

Depression

I'm having suicidal ideation. I think i can't talk about it to anyone. earlier, i used to reach out for help, and it has only made me sure i shouldn't. i have been treated badly upon opening up. made to feel i made it up or wasn't strong enough. I feel i can't talk about being suicidal to people. I am in pain.
