I'm stressed about my future

I failed to get into my choice of college the first year I sat for my entrance tests and even in the second year I appeared. My parents paid a lot of money and got me into a private college but here also I've gotten back papers in first year itself. I can't get myself to focus or study. I drink a lot secretly but sometimes I get so ashamed of myself. I'm scared that I will be able to do nothing worthwhile. How do I change?

Look there's only one way out of this situation and its to work on yourself. You can just start studying but if you want to stick to it, you need holistic growth in your life. Stop drinking forever or till you're older and have a better grip over yourself. Wake up early everyday and devote a certain number of hours to studying. Gain one extra skill if you can, it'll help you make up for your back papers so far to some extent. Become the person you want to be.

All your problems can be solved by you so use this opportunity to work on yourself. Forget about oast mistakes and start studying now. Focus on your studies, you can even study with your mum in your room if you think you can't hold yourself accountable. As long as you try it'll all work out, don't worry.
