As the restrictions are lightening up, my office has called me back to work on site but I think my habits have changed over the last year. Going back to work is making me anxious. I've always had social anxiety but after this big break I've developed a worse habit of it. I think I won't be able to retain my job like this, might even have an anxiety attack. How do I prepare myself?
