u don't have to b confused cuz u mentioned" u r not able to sleep n neither happy" says a lot! is it worth enough to feel miserable ?when u can b happy with ur loved ones or ur fav things Cld cheer u up .But it's all upto ur decision in which way u prefer to lead ur life .but try talking to him y does he behave which seems toxic to u or open up u r not feeling good lately, but if it still get worse by expressing then u must choose Wt u really want. when a person is too miserable they can barely comfort others cuz they r already dealing with so much. talk to ur fnds or anyone smtg like a normal conversation or hangout or a pleasant walk to ease ur brain.
