I feel you, I had the same issue a while ago and personally, my issue was the communication; no one taught me how to communicate nor to express what I'd feel, back then I repressed a lot to survive in an abusive environment. It took me a while to unwrap all of this and untie this tangled thoughts and feelings. If talking to her in a way where both of you can understand each other isn't a solution, you can always start to make more friends! Friends that are on the same page and there's nothing wrong with that, there's for everything and it's not realistic to expect that one person will fulfill all of our needs.
And a other thing that I'd suggest is to seek professional help, maybe get a therapist who you'll feel comfortable venting to. You're not alone in this, okay? You've got this!
