I've been bullied last year so much and now I am switching to another school (with no one that I know)  and I am not ready for more bullying, any advice

I'm in the same situation as you I was bullied at my previous school and my parents changed my school. my anxiety left me I was free, happy and smart but because of an incident that happened it triggered my anxiety back and now I'm stucked up with my anxiety again and it ruin in my days

Yeah. Learn how to stand up for yourself, and also.anytime you are bullied don't hesitate to report to the authority of the school.
