check ur settings- u can find this digital well being thing, where u can see time spent on diff apps - here u can also set time limit for the day... once the limit is reached the app gets disabled for the rest of the day.

You can set timings like just decide , I won't touch my phone for next one hour or half an hour! Meantime I'll spend my time reading or cooking or doing other things for which phone wouldn't be required!
