I want to be like him

Question

How to stop going to someone again and again... I am so addicted to one person in my life.... I am wondering why this is happening.... I was not like this before.... Its been many days I haven't contacted him. But i am dying from inside to talk to him... why he doesn't feel the same way... I want to be like him... Whenever I am in trouble i think how wd have he solved this problem?... How would have he dealt with it... This way he is constantly in my mind.... why i give him so much place...I don't want to keep missing him.... I am sure I will feel free of mind when I will forget him

bb i feel what u are going through its difficult to let go infact it's very challenging but eventually it'll get better try to move onn work on yourself and keep trying

I am also in same place as you.... but with a girl. Everyday I have thoughts about her. It feels like never ending rabbit hole. we keep missing them alot even though when we are not talking to them but inside we die to talk to them. You feel low when we think they are not going to be with us anymore, it taunts us. Sometimes all we need is a helping hand to pull each other out of that rabbit hole. Hope we find that helping hand and work on ourselves.

@needHoopoe4.... yes thats what i feel... i tried to distract myself but mind goes to the same person... sometimes i feel i should express him what i feel for him...coz i haven't told him... is it a good idea?

@keisha2.... you should be ready to accept the outcome if you confess  feelings for him. You might not receive the expected answer. In my case I did confess my feelings 💘 to her when I knew I loved her (She has a beautiful heart & soul) and she told me It won't happen. We were close for 18 years. I knew my answer now and got rid of inconsistency in my life. Now I'm trying to move on and it may take lot of time   but I'm trying.
