I was in a abusive relationship and now i am not able to forget the past.

I was in a abusive relationship from last 3yrs. I told about this to my parents then they talk to both of us and forced me to give another chance to my husband even though i am not ready for that. My husband is also trying to make things better now but still i am feeling restless and confused all the time and anxious that how a person is totally Changed in just one conversation. i am not able to forgive my husband and also not able to forget what happened with me in last 3 yrs, those incident haunt me everyday. I am not able to sleep properly.

i want to leave my in-laws house but i Don't have that much courage to fight with them again. may be because of low self esteem or I don't know the reason. i am always afraid of my husband. i am emotionally broken and not able to take a stand for myself that might be a reason.
