You need to take all necessary precautions and also make sure that those entering your house are wearing a face mask. If you take necessary precautions then there is no need to fear interactions. World has restored to normalcy. Eventually you need to as well.
Vai
Do daily or once in 4 days is also fine, no issues will be there
Vai
If someone is going out frequently tell them to do also .. any other person in house, u can suggest the same .. but don't do steaming for long time n not more than one time ..
Vai
once in 4 days is also enough n daily is fine too, just do steaming n then forget it

I got panic attack in 2020 and after that, it took 1 yr to recover from that. From then, Im inside home for the past 2 yrs. I go out only in car with windshields up. No interactions with anyone even if it is friends or relatives or anyone. Having severe fear inside. Undergoing psychology somedays. But not able to find solutions. Always negative thinking. Confused, Brain fog, No concentration etc. Its like Im fed up.
Vai
U know it could be a sign of OCD
Vai
U overthink n panic n even do thing repeatedly

You need to get out of your cocoon step by step as it is mentally and physically not healthy for you. You fear covid but you're also wary of taking the vaccine??? That's your shield against the virus! We've all been in that phase where we've been cautious of whom we meet or allow inside our homes but you need to take one step at a time and get back to normal and only you can do it. We all have done it and so can you

Yes. After hearing information regarding side effects of vaccine, i got fear of taking vaccine. And also now a days even though vaccinated, all are catching the virus too. So afraid of taking it due to health anxiety. Dont know how to come out of it. Im trying maximum to find ways to convince me. But some days fear increases.

Have you also read of reports where those who've been vaccinated are less prone to catch the virus? And that even if they do, the severity is much less as compared to those who have chosen not to get vaccinated. And what side effects, man? Be rational. Fever, body ache.. that last for 1-2 days? During my first jab I had arm pain, but nothing apart from that. And no side effects at all after the second jab. Vaccine is the safest and best option for the entire world right now and we have enough evidence backing up the vaccines. Our scientists have worked day in and day out for our safety. Whether or not to trust the process is in our hands. I can only tell you, but doing it is in your hands. Good luck!
