being an introvert and shy has its pros we observe and understand those around us. don't be afraid to speak out try it out little at a time and you'll have co fidence with time

what are u afraid of? speak to those your comfortable with and go out to visit places like park, library or musem where you'll talk and meet people with interests as u, I used to be like that but I get out of my shell with the help of my friends and family. I can speak to others now but theres limitations to places I would visit

i think its not all that bad to be introverted and shy. you observe and see what us really happening around you. keeping to yourself is actually a good defense against people who might try and hurt you in one way or another
