Does it happens because of the feeling that you're lonely. At times Mastuburation is triggered by mind when we feel bit vulnerable? do feel anything like this?

yes i am , but sometimez even when im nt lonely i do it as a habit or routine

See Mastuburation is also a kind of a relief when you're too stressed. Doing it couple of times a week is absolutely normal. But for routine it's bit more I'd say. I would suggest you to try to keep yourself active alot and keep yourself indulged. I used to have this problem as well. When I was married as well i used to Mastuburate alot at times if I wasn't satisfied. But now I keep myself alot busy and present in front of others. That way you can't do it. Plus I'd suggest you stop using your cell phone before going to bed, Cause now days the content on OTT and movies and even on tiktok are NSFW which triggers bit of enormous feelings so avoid that. Try to sleep early Wale up early. Also do some cardio and exercise. Another reason why we mastuburate is that we release alot of energy stored while doing so and our body thinks that's a good way of letting go some energy. Because of the pandemic and trends we all are becoming couch potato so try to wake up early and take walk brisk walking or jog. Indulge in some conversations with someone when you're alone instead of killing your boredom on phone. Get some creative hobby. Or if your mind is covered with deep sexual desires try to pen it down. It helps alot.

i live with my mother thts one reason fr loneliness. And another thing is i feel my friends put up with me .They say tht im of no use etch things . Even my carrier is nt of tht gr8 . No healthy relationship at home too. All these things pile up and put me through all escape or suicidal thoughts.

No it's not right! Chess players are extremely talented. They are bit introvert. But they have amazing talent of resolving things! Trust me.

I think for the fact is you're isolated with alot of things as you mentioned and that's why mastuburation is kinda your get away for them. As I mentioned it helps for sometime if you're stressed out! However if your friends are selfish it doesn't mean you have to be friends with them. You always have the choice. Remember this. if they are selfish you don't have to help them.
