well Lemme tell u something. there are 3 ways to deal with it. 1. take a leap of faith. tell your thoughts. irrespective of the out come u can be a lot stress free. and you will have a confidence to tell things to people what they need to hear. 2. keep it to yourself and see how things unfold and act according to intelligence. Not a great way, it does produce a lot of stress, but it also gives you a bird's eye view of what the world is around you. 3. distract yourself to something and get over it . I personally have tried the 2nd and 3rd option. it's beneficial in a political way but but internally u will be sick. u wanna cry out. so I suggest taking the step one. and just express yourself. 15 years I have kept it to myself and i know the consequences
