Try contacting and tell him what you feel about all this and even if he didn't response just drop a text about what you feel maybe he realises what he is doing Hope for the best

Heyy thanks for commenting...like you said I have dropped a message of how I feel. He hasn't responded. I just wish he realizes and comes back to me. The time frame in which I am not sure whether to wait or just give up is bothering me. I just hope and pray he does come back.

It shows that he is not over her and he has realised it when she got engaged. Its ok, some people take time and its ok for him to feel like that. You can show him that you understand and he can take time but to at least share with you and that you wont judge him
