I am feeling bad sometime without any reason. Not want to do anything even my favourite things. Always confused to take dicission. Can't make strategy for study. Making strategy make me fear. If I made I can't fullfil it.

It happens with some people try to ask for help in state of confusion. Try to analyse the pros and cons before taking any decision. And coming to the point of making plans, set small milestones.
