I'm sorry to say this, but do you really perceive them to be your true friends? True friends do not mock each other, and respect you. If they're body shaming you and not talking to you for being insecure, I think you're better off without such friends. They're being downright mean to you

First step towards self is accepting yourself, this will radiate a different kind of confidence on you, have confidence that you are your best version.
And no one will have this power to control your emotions, you are not supposed fit into the societal standard.
