insecure in relation because of past experience

I am 25 yrs old had couple of relationship which gave me a lot of insecurities.. just coz they left me for another person. Now i have the perfect girl, but still i feel like she will cheat on me, and i am just living in constant fear, even after she does all good things to me, she proved her innocence more than enough time, but my past trauma is not letting my insecurities go away.

    Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I can understand it must be really difficult to trust someone now. It's not healthy to generalize, everyone is different and you should give yourself a chance too. Have you tried talking to her about your insecurities?
