hi.... just try to workout for some time everyday or do something that'll make u tired..... and try ur best to stay away from the bed during the day time.
hii are u in any medication? is that what's causing u to sleep alot? u can try talking to ur doc. he might help u. and if u aren't .. trying taking one step at a time. do things you like, try sitting on the couch in hall instead of the bed. try coming out of the bedroom. slowly you can come out of the sleepy mood. good luck friend
