look, all I'm gonna say is yes, the world is scary and what your feeling is serious, it's not a phase your experiencing an emotion that makes you upset. if it gets bad talk to someone, ask someone on here for help, just don't try it alone because it is hard, look for help, your not alone

thanks but it's hard like you said . I hate being sad all the time . it get to the point where I feel numb like I don't even feel emotions. I'm in like white space I don't even know what is going on

that's completely normal, I used to feel like that, I got some help and I'm trying to get better, but what I did was go outside and get fresh air, got off my phone, talked to people and talked to people about how I felt and I'm starting to get better, now of course you don't have to do that it's just what I did. but try to find a way out of this hole your digging yourself into, the more time you spend suffering in your emotions is less time you get to go out and feel alive and free.
