Hi, I have been there and I would suggest you try to let go of the shame because it will only make you feel worse and hurt your progress. Rather than focusing on what you didn't do today, focus on what you did work on today. No matter how little the progress is, it matters. Every small progress is a win.

everyone's progressing and I am just stagnating

Maybe it feels like if you are not moving forward then you are failing but that is not true. It's really ok to just exist sometimes. I know it sounds childish to some people(I've been told that) but believe me, it's ok to live for the sake of living. I know it doesn't feel like much living right now. But try to see yourself in a different light. Your days are getting worse but you are still fighting, aren't you? You are still trying to survive, and that is a victory in itself. Be proud of yourself that you survived the day, you may be dragged yourself through it but you did. Also, if you are projecting other people's expectations and comparing others' achievements with yourself then I would suggest you stop doing that. Because at the end of the day, you matter, and only your opinion about yourself.

When you were a kid did you notice when you are getting taller? No, right? One day you just realize you have grown an inch taller than you were a few months ago. Self-growth is also like that. You can't see the everyday change but one day you will look back and realize how far you have come.
